Our Sewing Services

Our sewing and assembly services include:

  • Front part assembly
  • Back part assembly
  • Garment joining
  • Waistband and belt loop attachment
  • Bottom hemming
  • Labeling and branding attachment

Each operation follows buyer-approved construction methods.

Our Process

1. Front Part Assembly
This stage includes coin pocket attachment, zipper fly construction, and front rise stitching. Precision at this stage ensures comfort, durability, and visual appeal.

2. Back Part Assembly
Back yokes are joined, back pockets are attached, and embroidery or design elements are applied where required. Stitch alignment and reinforcement are closely monitored.

3. Garment Joining
Front and back panels are joined through side seams and inseams using reinforced stitching techniques to ensure strength and long-term wear performance.

4. Waistband & Belt Loops
Waistbands and belt loops are attached with controlled stitch density to ensure fit stability and durability during wear and washing.

5. Bottom Hemming
Bottom hems are completed according to buyer specifications, including standard lock stitch, chain stitch, or specialty finishes.

6. Labeling & Branding
Brand labels, care labels, size tags, and hang tags are attached according to buyer placement guidelines and compliance requirements.

Quality Assurance

In-line quality inspections are conducted at each sewing stage to identify and correct defects immediately. This approach reduces rework and ensures consistent workmanship across bulk production.
